Description

Glazing is the term used to describe applying a protective coating of ice (ice glaze) to frozen seafood products. The ice layer excludes air from the surface of the product, reducing the rate of oxidation. Glazing methods. Glazing is usually carried out by dipping or spraying frozen seafood products with potable water.

Glazing machine, with built-in cooling equipment, compact, for in-line and manual works, incorporates all the necessary components to leave the fish in optimum quality.

It works automatically, without the need to add ice. It is a compact equipment, which incorporates a refrigeration group capable of maintaining a constant water temperature during the whole working period. The parameters of water temperature and belt speed are adjustable according to the needs of the fish.


The machine is fully overhauled, new pump, intralox conveyor belt.
