Description
The Marel OptiCut volumetric portioning machine is designed to cut boneless meat into fixed-weight portions with uniform shape. The product is placed into a mold where it is formed before being accurately cut. Cut-off gives way to profit One of OptiCut’s main advantages is the full optimization of raw material. With such high utilization, cut-off is virtually eliminated, resulting in yield of up to 100%. Optimal Material Utilization Volumetric portioning and new optimizing software ensure maximum product utilization with high yield and accuracy. Fixed Weight Accurate portions are delivered either individually or stacked together into a fixed-weight batch. Trim pieces can be removed automatically. 600 mm/24” product ‘tower’.
